County Federal Census of 1800
  The following data was transcribed
  by Jan Slater. She writes, "Attached is a
   file of what I transcribed from the general census of Greene Co. PA for
  1800 all persons of color, Free and Slave.I find that there were:
 16 Slaves claimed by various named owners
 27 FPOC living in 14 white households
 23 FPOC in 6 households head of household is FPOC
 
 This differs from your 1800 Septennial census of 19 Slaves which could be attributed
to births between June and November. Or it could just be that not everyone listed
their slaves.
