• Cook, Samuel, Sgt.  Born 15 September 1840 in Antes Forte, Lycoming Co. Pennsylvania.  Enlisted in 32nd USCT Infantry, Co. K.  Died 13 June 1915 at Antes Forte.  Son of James and Betsey Cook.  Husband of Annie M. White.  Father of John and Newton Cook.  Place of burial:  Jersey Shore Cemetery, Lycoming County.  (Source: Jeannette L. Molson)
